Already rewarded many times for his black pudding, garlic sausage, pork mousse and country terrine, Yannick Manivel was awarded the first national prize for duck pâté with cognac in 2019. This craftsman also produces his own charcuterie with Guérande salt, without nitrite salt. In his establishment, you can also find meat from local producers such as the pig of Dinan and poultry from Saint-Maden, as well as home-made delicatessen dishes.
