Inn in a cosy setting to savor the proposals of the chef Sébastien Colleux in Saint-Launeuc.
The Auberge de la Hardouinais is located in a commune of 200 souls. The place has been superbly renovated to create three restaurants - La Crêperie, La Bistronomie and La Rôtisserie - and a 3-star hotel. Nearby, there is a horse riding centre, a 5-hectare vegetable garden which is worth a visit in itself, and a water sports centre for paddling, canoeing and sailing. You are quickly won over by the peacefulness of the place. Stop for a meal at the Rôtisserie, there is no doubt that the cosy setting and the chef Sébastien Colleux's proposals, both refined and respectful of seasonal produce, will seduce you.

Terrine de cerf, filet de pintade au chou, velouté chou fleur, … Excellent. Dessert au figues un peu trop sucré pour nous.
Menu enfant très bien. On se fiche pas de nos momes ici.
Le seul petit point négatif, la musique.
