Freshly opened by Louis and Nachka, Sauvage offers creative cuisine in a cosy setting. The chef, originally from Brittany but trained in Switzerland, works with local produce, reinventing it according to the season. Here, duck meets ginger and squid meets coconut milk and curry. The restaurant also gives pride of place to seafood, regularly offering an "oyster bar". Tapas and cocktails delight the taste buds at aperitif time, on the terrace or by the fire, depending on the season. To top it all off, the menu is constantly reinventing itself!

Très bon accueil dans un cadre chaleureux. Le chef propose des plats cuisinés avec des produits de saison de très bonnes qualités. Les goûts sont francs et harmonieux.

Petit restaurant agréable. L'accueil est souriant et sympathique. Les plats ( et cocktails) sont créatifs et offrent une expérience gustative originale et bien équilibrée. C'est une belle découverte, nous recommandons.

En vacances à Saint-Cast-le -Guildo nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce restaurant, super découverte culinaire, tout ça dans un lieu chaleureux, accompagné de Saint Jacques superbement cuisinées, je recommande cette expérience!

Très bon, j'ai adoré ce que j'ai mangé. Les quantités sont un peu réduites et les prix un peu élevés pour la proposition.
