Restaurant with terrace, offering a cosy setting for creative seasonal cuisine, tapas and cocktails.

Freshly opened by Louis and Nachka, Sauvage offers creative cuisine in a cosy setting. The chef, originally from Brittany but trained in Switzerland, works with local produce, reinventing it according to the season. Here, duck meets ginger and squid meets coconut milk and curry. The restaurant also gives pride of place to seafood, regularly offering an "oyster bar". Tapas and cocktails delight the taste buds at aperitif time, on the terrace or by the fire, depending on the season. To top it all off, the menu is constantly reinventing itself!

Restaurant très très sympa mais surtout les repas excellents et originaux...de l'apéritif jusqu'au dessert... Allez-y et faites vous plaisir gustativement...

Si vous souhaitez voyager loin des embruns bretons, venez au Sauvage. La cuisine est succulente et raffinée. Le service est à la hauteur du sourire de notre hôtesse. Merci pour cette soirée de plaisirs et pour le merveilleux rhum gentiment offert. A bientôt dès notre retour à St Cast.

Nous avions réservé pour le 24/12,le midi, pour un repas de Noël, confirmé par l'entreprise, à notre arrivée, pas de réservation on nous a proposé de rester, mais pas de menu de Noël ?
Vraiment pas professionnel ! heureusement nous avons trouvé une brasserie à côté ou nous avons très bien mangé !
