Restaurant with vegetated terrace offering seafood and fish in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo.
Le Jardin Délices has gone from strength to strength since its change of ownership in March 2023. Adeline and Julien, who trained in prestigious Swiss and Monegasque establishments, offer refined land and sea cuisine as a tribute to Brittany. Cannette with black garlic, smoked eel or monkfish with nori offer an astonishing sensory voyage, enhanced by the food and wine pairings suggested by the excellent sommelier. The restaurant also offers a brunch with a hot dish once a month, as well as gourmet dishes to take home.

Très bon accueil. Repas excellent, vraiment très goûteux et surprenant. L'accord mets et vins parfait. Prix en conséquence. Un bon moment. Nous y retournerons

Très belle surprise pour ce restaurant. Nous y sommes allés le 1er novembre au soir. Le service est impeccable sans être trop présent, une cuisine raffinée avec des plats excellents et goûteux, un sommelier au top. Nous avons pris l accord mets/vins et ce fut un voyage sensoriel tout le long du repas. Une équipe très agréable et un beau lieu, autant dans la salle à l intérieur que dans la magnifique terrasse très cosy. Bref, allez y les yeux fermés car ce restaurant est une petite pépite. L étoile pointera sûrement bientôt le bout de son nez !! Félicitations et à très vite, car nous comptons bien revenir faire un petit voyage gustatif chez vous à notre prochain retour à saint Cast.
