Equipped and comfortable gîte accessible to people with reduced mobility in Turckheim
Housed in a former farmhouse dating back to 1563 (inserted into the ramparts of Turckheim's old town) and awarded the Qualité Vignobles & Découvertes label since 2013 for its two furnished vacation apartments, "Aline" and "Paul" (each for 4 people), the Gîte Sainte-Anne has had a new Tourisme et Handicap-labeled accommodation since May 2017. "Origin Vin", as it is called, is equipped to comfortably accommodate one to two people with reduced mobility or visual, mental or hearing impairments. Housed in a former wine cellar, it is decorated in colors reminiscent of the world of vines and wine through the seasons. Renowned for their warm welcome, the owners of Gîte Sainte-Anne offer a range of enticing wine tourism activities: a vineyard tour (adapted for wheelchair users), or an Alsatian "Vignes Vins et Fromages" (Vines, Wines and Cheeses) discovery day with a visit to a cheese factory in the Vallée de Munster, lunch in a cellar followed by a digestive stroll through the Bulber family vineyard and an introduction to Alsace wine tasting, all accompanied by advice on food and wine pairing. Passionate about the history and customs of their region, Christine and Clément Bulber are at your disposal to make your stay in Alsace truly unforgettable!
