Fine, inventive cuisine using fresh seasonal produce by young chef Nicolas Frech in the heart of Turckheim

Nicolas Frech has distinguished himself in the heart of fine addresses (Nouvelle Auberge in Wihr-au-Val, Relais Bernard Loiseau in Saulieu, Pont de Brent in Montreux, Switzerland...) before opening his own restaurant in mid-September 2022 in the heart of Turckheim. At the reception and service, his charming wife Marine combines kindness, efficiency and speed. In the kitchen, Nicolas prepares finely tasty dishes from fresh seasonal products, with a few offbeat nods to Alsatian tradition. Delicious desserts, beautiful wine list, excellent value for money.

Une magnifique découverte ! Accueil chaleureux, cadre élégant et intimiste, et surtout une cuisine raffinée, pleine de saveurs et de créativité. Chaque plat est un vrai voyage gustatif, alliant produits du terroir et touches modernes. Le service est attentionné, sans être guindé, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, notamment le menu du midi. Un grand bravo au chef et à toute l’équipe ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Menu à 25 euros excellent, rien à redire allez y les yeux fermés, la cuisine est raffinée et bien présentée, la serveuse est très sympathique et son accueil parfait
Le prix des boissons est aussi très correct

Quel merveilleux choix que nous avons fait ????. Un accueil chaleureux et une cuisine que l’on déguste avec plaisir et bonheur. Cuisine raffinée, présentation dans l’assiette au top, le chef est un artiste et la patronne très souriante est fort agréable. Je recommande vivement cet excellent restaurant ou la qualité et le prix sont parfaits. Une adresse à retenir ????????
