Some minutes away from the Guingamp city-centre, on the banks of the Trieux and in the forest, come and discover Christel and Dominique's restaurant. Guests can enjoy traditional cuisine made with fresh regional ingredients, which does not exclude creativity, instead. For example as starter; a homemade foie gras will be worth taking the risk, but it will be necessary to dare without remorse, a casserole of snails and smoked duck breast, foie gras coulis. Sea side, fried langoustines and foie gras vinaigrette maraîchère, or raw or fried oysters, leeks fondue and caramel with cider. Then, do not miss the fried abalone or the lobster fricassee (in season), a sole meunière or a bass fillet. For meat lovers, there will be spoilt for choice between beef in steak or fried fillet or sweetbreads with ceps. For dessert, you will find classics such as (chocolate fondant, crème brûlée, cold cuts). An enchanting setting for delicious cooking which revives the taste buds.
