They are nicely presented and prepared with fresh homemade products (onion compote, seaweed tartar, cider jelly) and local products (smoked trout from the Trieux marine farm, Roscoff onions, fresh goat cheese from GAEC Ma Vallée, andouille from Guémené...). The fillings change with the seasons. We let ourselves be tempted by the sweet suggestions that also rival each other in terms of delicacy: homemade pear-chantilly crumble cake, salted butter caramel and Breton shortbread, banana-chocolate...
