BISTROT LES ROSAIRES
Bistro-brasserie offering a generous view of the sea in Plérin.
Overlooking the waterfront, this well-kept brewery occupies the lower part of the former Rosaria, an emblematic building of the resort. The very first hotel restaurant, built at the beginning of the 20th century, it had glorious times. Black and white photos, hung on the wall, recall this prestigious past. For the rest, the decoration has been completely redone, mixing pieces from the Belle Epoque, such as plaster mouldings, and contemporary touches, in bright salmon and turquoise shades. The large Art Nouveau style windows offer a generous view of the sea. Below, a terrace has been built. As for the menu, it can suit all budgets: you will find bay mussels, cakes, fish and chips, burgers, beef fillets... but also more elaborate dishes, such as the back of cod in chorizo crust or scallops fried. The presentation of the plates is meticulous. A good choice for a meal facing the sea.
