Nestled in a pine forest and high stubble fields, this lovely inn boasts a breathtaking view of the Munster Valley and the Black Forest. It has 13 cosy mountain style rooms. A restaurant warmed by a large fireplace serves, for lunch and dinner, a tasty 100% home-made cuisine: marbled elk and duck foie gras, marcaire plate, beef coarse salt, doe stew... Little advice to access the Auberge du Schantzwasen: forget your GPS and rely instead on the itinerary provided on the website!

C’était très agréable, pédagogique pour les enfants (10 et 8 ans) et le lieu est paisible!
Le personnel est vraiment très sympa et à l’écoute.
Tout était parfait : l’emplacement est idéal, le service de qualité et rapide. Les plats ? Alsaciens, généreux, comme on aime.
Un excellent moment !
