An inn with a terrace located on a hillside overlooking the valley of Munster in Stosswihr.

To reach this inn from Soultzeren, follow the small road that winds up to Le Tanet. Just before the ski resort of the same name, turn left and follow the carriage road for about 3 km to its end. The Auberge Schupferen is located on a plateau overlooking the Munster valley, and boasts a terrace with breathtaking views of the Hohneck and the valley. Here you can enjoy traditional dishes, such as those prepared by grandmothers, to comfort you after a long walk and give you the energy to set off again.

Endroit dans un cadre idyllique peut-être même un peu trop : l'auberge se rejoint après un très long voyage en forêt, vous n'avez pas intérêt à tomber en panne. L'auberge en elle-même est chaleureuse et les employés gentils. Cependant, malgré la qualité des plats (Simples mais bons), je regrette que le plat principal soit servi dans un plat unique lors de la présence d'un groupe (Nous étions une dizaine). J'aurais préféré que chacun ait son plat principal servi dans sa propre assiette. De plus la carte bancaire n'est pas acceptée.

Effectivement dans " son jus" je retiens le personnel très agréable.. assis sur un banc.....le repas sans plus..terrine généreuse en sel...spatzles trop gras...dessert au kirch trop alcoolisé !!! OK c' est une auberge mais un minimum!!!!chacun son choix....cordialement
