To reach this inn from Soultzeren, follow the small road that winds up to Le Tanet. Just before the ski resort of the same name, turn left and follow the carriage road for about 3 km to its end. The Auberge Schupferen is located on a plateau overlooking the Munster valley, and boasts a terrace with breathtaking views of the Hohneck and the valley. Here you can enjoy traditional dishes, such as those prepared by grandmothers, to comfort you after a long walk and give you the energy to set off again.

Auberge isolée à 16 km de Munster.
Attention au dernier kilomètres où la route n'est plus bitumé.
En entrée j'ai pris des toastinette de chèvre chaud un vrai régal, ensuite un roulé de veau servi avec des spaetzlé et légumes.
Délicieux... et en dessert une tarte au pomme. Elle reste de la table à pris des fleischschnacka servi avec une salade.
Je recommande cette ferme auberge pour les amoureux de la gastronomie alsacienne.
On y mange très bien, tout est fait maison,un régal...
Le chèvre chaud est un délice, également proposer à la vente.
Je recommande+++
Nous avons très bien mangé et le menu change souvent.
