In the Alsatian Vosges, the Melkerei (marcairies in French) have been part of the landscape for centuries. These summer farms still house a few herds of cows and their janitor(Melker). At the Marcairie du Frankenthal, you will be treated to dishes based on good local products: soups with vegetables from the garden, hiker's planks (cold cuts, cheeses), seasonal fruit tarts, yoghurts from the farm, cottage cheese with kirsch... All of this is accompanied by homemade apple juice, craft beers and a good little Alsatian wine!

Nous avons fait une belle randonnée et voulions aller boire un coup à la ferme nous avions 3 chiens en laisse et le chien en liberté de la ferme à agressé un des notres.
Nous avons crié pour essayer de les séparer mais le chien revenait à chaque fois
La serveuse nous à remballer en nous disant d'arrêter de crier
C'est vraiment dommage car dû coup nous nous sommes pas arrêté pour nous deshaltérés

très beau batiment (fermé quand je suis passé) découvert lors d'une randonée sur le sentier des roches.
