If you are not a fan of Italian cuisine, you order the calf steak to Normandy, flambée flambée or Saint nuts at the Ricard or pasta. But it would be a shame not to taste these delicious specialities. Of course, big classics like the Regina or Calzone, or the most original, like the Norwegian smoked Salmon, will satisfy you.
