After a hike in the Sillon du Talbert regional nature reserve, a geological curiosity waiting to be discovered, stop off at this 30-seat oyster bar to sample the family's production, which has won a gold medal at recent agricultural shows. The oyster farmer refines his oysters in the deep waters off the Ile de Saint-Riom. You can enjoy them fresh out of the water with a Viogner or Muscadet at any time.
