Kayak, paddle, sand yacht, optimist or wingfoil: there is no lack of activities at the Fréhel nautical center, which also includes a beach club. Whether you like water sports or the calm of sailing, the center offers training courses, discovery outings, and private lessons so that you can progress at your own pace and have maximum pleasure! Sailing courses start from 4 years old, windsurfing courses from 9 years old. Many equipments are also available for rent: kayaks, single or giant paddles, wingfoils, catamarans, etc.
