The young starred chef Samuel Selosse and his partner Tina Kalybekova, who have worked in some of the best restaurants in the world, are at the head of this beautiful gastronomic restaurant with a sea view. While contemplating the superb panorama on the beach of La Banche, through the large bays of the contemporary and warm room, you will taste a modernized and ambitious French cuisine, of high level, which gives pride of place to the variation, the seasonality and the freshness of the products. Many of them are selected locally. The brasserie part, downstairs, is more affordable.

Dîner à la "Brasserie", pas au restaurant étoilé Michelin à l'étage. Un endroit qu'on a vraiment envie d'aimer car une carte courte à base de produits frais locaux, bien cuisinés et très savoureux, un superbe emplacement et une carte des vins plutôt courte mais intéressante devraient faire l'affaire. Mais au final, cela ne procure pas le plaisir espéré. Le personnel est professionnel et attentionné mais pour obtenir le sourire, vous devrez travailler dur pour briser la glace. La présentation des plats dans les assiettes manque totalement de plaisir et d'inspiration. Et l’éclairage de la pièce est si intense que tout semble froid et clinique. Une touche d’émotion, de chaleur et d’enthousiasme serait la bienvenue pour rendre l’ensemble attractif.

Pas convaincu par ce restaurant. C'est pas mauvais, mais rien de wahou. Nous avions réservé à la brasserie.
