Restaurant Lounge Cocktail in the programme: the feet in the water on the Moulin beach, an exceptional situation, and a garden par Terra Cotta in the Asian style, inside or in the vast outdoor space filled with tables or comfortable sofas in the sand for a moment of relaxation; you will spend an exceptional moment here. We offer inventive world cuisine without neglecting traditional dishes with a fine wood paste pizza card, meal salads, a range of beef carpaccios, seafood and fish, or a beef rib or ribs barbecue. If you want to start into exotic flavours, the invitation is given at every moment of the meal, for example a plate as in the Antilles (accras and little creole icing), a beef carpaccio or a wok of gambas façon, a sanitary sausage sanitary. For dessert: a white manger or a ti'kumara (sweet potato cake); or more local colour a crumble of mild apples with salty caramel.
