MUSÉE DU MOULE À CHOCOLAT
Museum housing a collection of 400 molds, all made between 1850 and 1950, including animals, tools, means of transport...
In this small village in the Pays Aillantais region of France, you'll find an astonishing museum dedicated to... chocolate molds! In 2014, chocolate-maker Sylvie Langlet (who, for 38 years, worked on the Ile Saint-Louis in Paris) decided to display her collection of 400 molds, all made between 1850 and 1950, in this former farmhouse (and in a single room): animals, tools, means of transport... and just as many works of art! A real curiosity. We love it!
