Created in the Yonne region, Le Boeuf tricolore has outlets all over France, and particularly in the Yonne. In addition to Auxerre and Joigny, its founder decided to set up in Charny (as well as Sens, Toucy and Avallon). Always with the same spirit: excellent products, proximity to the customer and respect for tradition. A great success for this artisan butcher, who also does catering. A fine delicatessen section is also available.

Founded in 1957, this family-run farm has been working organically since 1985. You'll find apples on some 12 hectares and pears on 4. There's no doubt that Le Clos de Rochy knows how to make us rediscover the good taste of natural produce: fruits to munch on, dried vegetables, oils and honeys are all on offer in the farm store or in the various sales outlets in the region. These flavors can also be found in bottles, with tasty apple juices and ciders that are the envy of our friends in Brittany and Normandy!

Sébastien Métoyer, a multi-award-winning artisan chocolatier who likes to play with textures and flavors to create surprisingly creative organic chocolate, awaits you at the Moulin Rouge estate, in a wild but well-tended natural setting, around two ponds and a canal running through the property. Like the nuggets of young ginger shoots or the pebbles with Burgundy marc, for example. Introductory tasting workshops are also available, as are two gites.

Aline Doin is at the head of the Cellier de Charny. Her specialty? As an artisan roaster, she selects coffee beans from various origins and roasts them on the spot to the delight of her amateur customers. Of course, you will also find wines from local producers, or from other regions. An excellent address where you should not miss to stop if you are in Puisaye-Forterre! Note that you can also find the coffees of the Cellier de Charny via farmer's drives (at La Ruche qui dit oui, in particular).
