We love to spend a moment in this artisanal bakery where we offer ourselves a breakfast with pure butter buns. As a snack, we succumb to the charm of the vanilla mille-feuille! But above all, there are these incredible breads made with natural leaven and organic flour: with cereals, pumpkin seeds, small spelt, olives or even cocoa! They come out of the oven hot all day long. A pure delight! And for small and large events, the catering service is a hit.

Ranked among the best chocolate makers in France, Vincent Strackar is to cocoa beans what the late Karl Lagerfeld was to haute couture... a true genius! He puts your taste buds in a festive mood with new flavors and in many ways. Dark, milk or white chocolate candies, bars, original moldings, orangettes, florentines, fruit jellies... There is something for everyone, even for diabetics! We appreciate the precious advice of the chocolate maker and his wonderful creations made to measure for special occasions.

Here you can enjoy unfiltered, unpasteurized beers made from Alsatian hops and ingredients that respect our environment. Since spring 2020, the beers of Bisaiguë are certified organic. The range includes a blonde beer, the Schloss Beer, a white beer, the Sommer Beer, an IPA, named Kaeffer Beer and an amber beer with mountain honey, the Fursten Beer. Special and short-lived vintages are created throughout the year.

They spent some fifteen years working in the gastronomic sector in a number of cities, but Nicolas finally felt the call of his origins and decided to settle in Kaysersberg to return to his roots... and for our great pleasure! Rigor and moderation are the watchwords here, or perhaps it's more a question of gourmandise. Whatever the case, we've come here to enjoy sublime pastries, macaroons, chocolates and divine viennoiseries.

Certified Ecocert and Demeter, this estate is rated 5 stars in the Parker and Bettane & Desseauve guides! It takes its name from the Weinbach( winestream ), the small river that runs through it. Catherine Faller runs the Domaine Weinbach with her sons Eddy and Théo. The wines are declined in Cuvées (Sainte-Catherine, Laurence, Colette, Théo), Terroirs (Clos des Capucins, Altenbourg), Grands Crus (Schlossberg, Furstenstum, Mambourg, Marckrain), Vendanges Tardives and Sélections de Grains Nobles. They combine authenticity and perfection, with prices to match!

As early as 1945, the Dietrichs cultivated the 7 Alsatian grape varieties in Kaysersberg. Their son Jean-Jacques expanded the estate to 13 hectares. The estate has received the HVE (High Environmental Value) certification thanks to its reasoned wine production, on grassed plots and with hand harvesting. Taste the Riesling Geisburg with its apricot nose, the Gewurztraminer Kaefferkopf Grand Cru 2021 or the Pinot Noir Réserve 2019 aged in oak barrels, woody and slightly tannic.

The Maison Bentheim boutique presents wines from the best terroirs of the region. During your visit, you can discover the Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg 2019 (gold medal at the Berliner Wine Trophy) and the Crémant Grand Prestige 2015 (2 stars in the Guide Hachette des Vins). Among the new cuvées under the aegis of the Mondfangers, the Crémant "Qui chasse la lune récolte le Soleil" is a delicately fruity and aromatic wonder. Like Hansel and Gretel, wonder transports you when you enter this pretty shop where gingerbread is king! It comes in many forms to seduce gourmets of all ages: gingerbread mustard, jam and even scented beer! For the less adventurous, there is the gingerbread interpreted in a more classic way: in the shape of a man, a heart or a tongue, raw or covered with a white or pink icing... The shelves are also well stocked with traditional household linen, recipe books, cloth advent calendars, decoration kits for the famous "manalas" and other typical Alsatian delicacies (honey, jams, bredalas, mulled wine spices, red wine confit with spices, beer terrine...). Finally, the most difficult thing is to choose from the many products on display: you really don't know where to turn your head! A must if you are looking for a typical gift or simply in the grip of an irresistible burst of delicacy.

This tempting store features a wrought-iron sign with a stork and storklet in a nest full of cakes! Patrick and Christophe Loewert make kougelhopfs, bredalas, chocolates, gingerbread and Linzer tarts from natural ingredients. The Loewerts are also master jam makers. They offer some forty different jams! Their award-winning hay jelly and asparagus jam are emblematic.

If you're a gourmet, this is the place to be! You'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals all year round: meat, fish, game, roasts, charcuterie, Alsatian specialties, delicatessen products and a wine cellar! Among the many suggestions, there's homemade foie gras, fine cuts of beef, choice cuts for grilling or delicious takeaway dishes. There's only one word to describe this succulent address: yum!

Olivier Nasti, who has made Le Chambard excellent for years, has decided to broaden his palette and now offers exceptional chocolates in Kaysersberg. His long-time pastry chef, Jordan Gasco, is of course also on board, and Skulptur is already, just a few months after opening, the temple of gourmands from all over the region, with its dragées au marc de gewurtztraminer, its ganache fumée au bois de sapin and its praliné au pain d'épices.

With more than 206 medals, Meyer's distillery presents all its nectars for you to discover in this beautiful boutique, from whisky to eau-de-vie, gin, pastis and even spritz! The latter is a pure delight, less bitter than we're used to, and is sure to delight even the most delicate palates. You're bound to find what you're looking for in this store. The attentive team will welcome you with a smile, invite you to taste and give you valuable explanations.

This microbrewery, founded in 2018 by Thibaut Ansel, has made its mark and is making a name for itself for the quality of its beers as well as its original labels. In fact, they can be tasted in their trendily decorated raw cellar or on a terrace in the sunshine. Their unfiltered beers include Mamb, an amber beer with maple and chestnut syrup, Schloss Beer (blonde) and Marius Beer with its blueberry and lime aromas. It won the trophy for Best French Beer at the Brussels Beer Challenge.
