The story began in 1923, when a handful of winegrowers set up a cooperative winery in the heart of the Chablis vineyards. Since then, La Chablisienne has grown to some 300 members, including 200 winegrowers and 5 prestigious vineyards, representing no less than 25% of the Chablis vineyards. In their cellar, just a stone's throw from the Basilica, you can expect to discover a whole host of new things. All the more so if your trip doesn't include a visit to Chablis, where another cellar is also available. And don't forget the excellent introductory wine-tasting courses on offer.
