On offer are financiers, macaroons and other homemade meringues, as well as chocolates and spreads from the Chopard chocolate factory, and Tour des Terroirs regional products, two brands created by Biscuiterie de Bourgogne. Initially based in Joux-la-Ville, this brand (a must in the region) has also just opened a store in Avallon and another in Auxerre.
