Wines and spirits Venoy

The Domaine de la Chaume Blanche, run for more than twenty years by Denis Gabrielle, covers 7 hectares in the heart of the hillsides of Venoy, a village near Auxerre which received the AOC Burgundy appellation in 1988. The richness of the terroirs and the quality of the work in the vineyard give each harvest noble and fine wines, with multiple and subtle tastes. Red and white wines, crémant and ratafia that you can come and taste at the domain.

In 2018, Céline Chevalier took over from her father Claude. With 15 ha planted in Beine and Courgis, she offers Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis Premier Cru. HVE level 3-certified wines. In 2022, its Chablis Premier Cru Montmains 2020 won a gold medal at the Concours des Vignerons Indépendants. In 2023, cuvée 2021 was awarded the same medal at the Concours des Burgondias 2023. The same goes for Chablis Cuvée Prestige 2021.
