In the heart of the Pays d'Othe and the Vallée de la Vanne, Le Maquis de Vareilles is first and foremost a bar where you can consume the drinks of the region: wines, beers, apple juice, cider or the little-known Pays d'Othe whisky, and house specialities such as nOsTHalgiE (hazelnut liqueur and cider). But more than a bistro, it's a grocery store that offers local products, but also abookshop and a really original flea market: here almost all the furniture is for sale! Finally, concerts, meetings, games evenings and exhibitions are organized. We love it!
