This family estate of 20 ha is managed by Dominique and his sons (Julien, in the cellar, and Thiébaud, in the business). Organic since 1997 and biodynamic since 2001, the common passion for vines and wine started with Dominique's father Charles and his brother Jean-Pierre in 1963. Stop by their bioclimatic cellar in solid wood for a little tasting. Try the fruity, long-lasting 2019 Pinot Noir Quintessence with soft, melting tannins or the dry, mineral Riesling Grand Cru Frankstein 2019 with citrus notes.
