A restaurant offering cuisine based on local products, using the best of the terroir, a delicious address in Sens.
Recently taken over by brother and sister Sabine and Frédéric Martin, the Brasserie de la Gare has had a facelift. On the menu, a cuisine based on local produce that draws on the best of our terroirs. On the day of our visit, we enjoyed a salad of prawns flambéed with Ricard, lemon, roasted hazelnuts and mango. This was followed by a veal kidney with mustard sauce, before finishing with a chocolate cream and crispy poached pear. Other highlights include Friday evening entertainment and the annual truffle brouillade.

Nous sommes venus car les commentaires sur les réseaux sont bons. Malheureusement la réalité a été toute autre : cuisson de la viande moyenne, frites préparées dans une huile qui mériterait d'être changée depuis longtemps, et le pire : les gaufres complètement ratées. Comment peut-on sortir ça de la cuisine ? Sans parler de la mauvaise ambiance à cause d'une certaine tension entre les 2 serveuses. Bref, vous l'avez compris, nous ne reviendrons pas. Je déconseille.
