Welcome to this Savoyard enclave in the center of Sens! Le Chalet is the place to be if you are a cheese lover. Right next to the covered market, how could you not be tempted by a generous and perfectly prepared Savoyard fondue? Or by a croziflette, a speciality to discover: small Savoyard pasta with reblochon, bacon and candied onions, all baked in the oven. Excellente expérience dans ce restaurant de plats typiquement savoyards. Ambiance chaleureuse et intime, donnée par le petit cadre soigné, d'ailleurs la réservation est pratiquement indispensable. Notre fondue accompagnée d'une belle assiette de charcuterie a dépassé nos attentes, vraiment excellente. Les desserts étaient également très bien préparés, une très bonne expérience, je recommande vivement d'y faire un saut, surtout si vous êtes amateur de fromage ????
