Nicolas Nansot produces quality oils from organically grown seeds. All of them are elaborated by a single cold pressing in order to preserve all the essential constituents. There is very little stock, so that the time between pressing, sale and consumption is as short as possible. It is also an opportunity to taste walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin, poppy seed, camelina, hemp, sesame, mustard... Moreover, from January to May, everyone can come (by appointment) to have their seeds weighed and to collect the oil obtained (from 5 kg of shelled walnuts or hazelnuts). We love it!
