For the past 35 years, this cooperative cellar of 9 winegrowers has been offering wines from the little-known Vézelay vineyards, which have been there since... Gallo-Roman times! Sales and tastings are on offer, as well as a very pleasant "Formule Vélo": on the handlebars of an electric two-wheeler, you can visit the vineyards and surrounding villages for two hours. The tour ends with a visit to the winery. And, of course, tasting our wines and homemade ratafias.

More than a brewery, an institution! Here, you will find artisanal and organic beers: the light Blonde, the refined Brune and the sober Blanche. With also gluten-free beers, and - since this year - another one without alcohol! Multi-awarded at the International Competitions of Lyon and Paris, as well as at the World Beer Awards, Bières de Vézelay are distributed in many medium and large stores throughout France. And even internationally, as well as on the menus of the best restaurants in the region.

Les Vins de La Cadette represents 2 estates (La Cadette, and Montanet Thoden) as well as a winemaking company, La Soeur Cadette. Valentin Montanet took over from his parents, working the vines with the same respect for tradition, and in a 100% organic way. The 21-hectare vineyard is divided into 18 plots in the 4 communes of the appellation: Asquins, Saint-Père, Tharoiseau and Vézelay. Grape varieties include Chardonnay, Gamay, Melon de Bourgogne and Pinot noir. We particularly recommend Juliénas, with its fleshy, spicy fruit.
