Les Vins de La Cadette represents 2 estates (La Cadette, and Montanet Thoden) as well as a winemaking company, La Sœur Cadette. Valentin Montanet took over from his parents, working the vines with the same respect for tradition, and in a 100% organic way. The 21-hectare vineyard is divided into 18 plots in the 4 communes of the appellation: Asquins, Saint-Père, Tharoiseau and Vézelay. Grape varieties include Chardonnay, Gamay, Melon de Bourgogne and Pinot noir. We particularly recommend Juliénas, with its fleshy, spicy fruit.
