At her farm in the hamlet of Les Brûleries in Saint-Aubin-Châteauneuf, Pascale will be delighted to welcome you (by appointment) to taste her aperitifs, all made on the premises from local fruit. It's hard to resist quince or apple ratafias. Or even the various aperitifs with different and sometimes surprising tastes. Do you like orange peel or walnuts? Raspberry or elderflower?
