Nadine Robert cultivates a pretty little corner of natural paradise in the hills above Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines. This botanist transforms her pickings into jams, syrups and herbal teas. She also makes herbal cooking salts, pestos and other original vinegars. We love her woodruff syrup, a unique flavoring for Crémant d'Alsace!
