It's no coincidence that the refined, inventive cuisine of chef Étienne Robbé is so renowned in the region! Authentic, it celebrates the terroir with the same exacting standards that have earned it a place in numerous specialized guides. Michelin has awarded it a Bib Gourmand, while Gault & Millau has awarded it 2 Toques. In the end, you'll be spoilt for choice between the bistronomic formula served at lunchtime during the week, or the gastronomic menus served in the evening and at weekends.
