Between Auxerre and Avallon, at the aquaculture farm you can go for a walk or fish for trout (equipment provided), or even refresh yourself in the shade of the two hundred year old plane tree. All year round, a range of fresh or processed products (rillettes, smoked trout...) from the farm is also available. This traditional fish farm is one of the few in France to be entirely fed by spring water. A beautiful place to discover for a family activity!
