Founded in 1932 by Louis Kurtzemann, this renowned cheese dairy has changed hands a few times, but the quality of its products is always top-notch. You'll find Munster in a variety of forms, as well as other cheeses and dairy specialities: Camembert, Brie, Comté, goat's cheeses, organic yoghurts and custards, butter... Several gold medals have been won by these cheeses, so you can fill up on artisanal products rich in ineffable flavours!

Ich habe Munster aus pasteurisierter und Rohmilch probiert. Beide sind unglaublich lecker! Gekauft habe ich sie an einem Stand im écomusée d'alsace bei superfreundlicher Beratung und Verkostung durch den Hersteller.

Très bon accueil. Très bon munster fermier... et le saucisson au munster, c'est une tuerie. Je recommande.

Nous dégustons le Munster Kurtzmann que nous adorons depuis plusieurs années. Nous nous sommes rendus pour la 1ère fois cet après-midi à l'entreprise à Ste Croix Aux Mines, les employées étaient très chaleureuses.
