DOMAINE VIGNOT
Winegrowers since the 17th century, these vine-lovers have 13 ha, including 10 ha in the Côte-Saint-Jacques appellation. Hand-harvested, this vineyard faces south-south-east. It backs onto the Pays d'Othe plateau, and abounds in soil composed of clay with a high proportion of flint on a Turonian subsoil. This blend gives it its characteristic flinty taste. We particularly recommend their Bourgogne côte saint-jacques blanc, a unique wine (made from a blend of Pinot blanc and Chardonnay) of which the Vignots are the sole producers.
