Read moreOpened in 2010 by the passionate Eric Wissler, the Brasserie de Saint-Louis has a store on the production site. 30,000 hectoliters are brewed each year to satisfy an ever more demanding clientele. Defender of the short circuit, Eric uses Alsatian suppliers for his corks, his labels and of course his hops! His dream? To see the birth of a beer route in Alsace, just like the wine route. A relevant idea, to say the least, when you know that our region brews 60% of the French production.
