Wir kamen ohne Reservierung zum Essen. Die Dekoration des Restaurants ist sehr schön, der Service mittelmäßig, der Wirt höflich und hilfsbereit, aber der Kellner zeigte deutlich seine Unzufriedenheit. Die kalten Vorspeisen zergingen auf der Zunge, wer auch immer sie zubereitet hatte, möge Gott diesen Händen ein langes Leben schenken. Bei den warmen Gerichten waren wir einfach überrascht: Es gab keine Dekoration auf dem Teller, alles war wie ein Schwein geschüttelt, sogar der Appetit war verflogen. Die Desserts lösten das Problem, sie schmeckten himmlisch. Die ersten Gerichte waren Tigre qui pleure und Sepia, die warmen Gerichte waren Cordon de España und Fille de Boeuf (serviert wie ein Schwein) und die himmlischen Desserts Mille Feuille und La Pavlova von Suz. Ohne die Vorspeise und die Desserts hätte ich 10 Minuspunkte vergeben. Jetzt gebe ich nur noch 3 Punkte für die Desserts.
