The Domaine du Windmuehl produces the 7 Alsatian grape varieties. Our heart swings between the Muscat (floral and crisp), the Riesling Vieilles Vignes (elegant and racy), the Pinot Noir Terroir du Haut-Koenigsbourg (greedy, aged in barrels) and the Gewurztraminer Instant Emotion (very opulent). The Rosé du Windmuehl and the Crémant d'Alsace Brut are the kings of the aperitif. Good to know: two comfortable gîtes (4 persons) and guest rooms (2 persons) welcome tourists wishing to explore the Wine Route. They offer a breathtaking view of the vineyard.
