Located in Saint-Hippolyte, at the foot of the Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg, the Huber et Bléger wine estate covers 30 hectares of sandy-granitic terroir. This family estate practices sustainable, environmentally-friendly viticulture, with the aim of preserving their winegrowing heritage. Since 2014, the Saint-Hippolyte Rouge communal appellation has highlighted the specific characteristics of their wines. The estate offers a wide range of wines, from sparkling to red and rosé, as well as dry and full-bodied. Liqueur and eau-de-vie enthusiasts will also find something to their liking. Domaine Huber et Bléger regularly organizes events, such as the Pique Nique du Vigneron, to enable visitors to discover their wines in a convivial atmosphere.
