Je suis allée changer 2 pneus hier chez Norauto à Monéteau (parking de Cora).En laissant ma voiture on m'avait dit qu'on m’appellerait pour le parallélisme si besoin. Cela n'a pas été fait alors que sur la facture finale ils mentionnent que c'est à faire. En reprenant ma voiture, quelques minutes après, 2 voyants rouges pour le frein à main et stop s'allument. Je fais donc demi tour et retourne les voir pour qu'ils jettent un coup d'oeil. Ces voyants ne s'étaient jamais déclenchés auparavant. Aucun technicien n'a voulu se déplacer et j'ai dû rentrer chez moi comme ça. En rentrant, j'ai appelé le service réclamation qui m'a simplement dit que cela provenait de l'usure de mon véhicule et qu'ils pouvaient remonter ma voiture sur le pont mais qu'ils ne feraient rien de plus. J'avais déjà eu une mauvaise expérience auparavant avec la vérification de ma climatisation. A éviter absolument!!
