Owner-growers from father to son, the Jolly family work in the tradition of Burgundy vineyards. Denis Jolly and his wife farm 17.5 ha, producing 3 appellations (Chablis1er Cru Fourchaume, Chablis and Petit Chablis) using sustainable agriculture. They have won several awards for their production. Like a silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole and a gold medal at the Burgundia competition for Petit Chablis. Their beautiful independent gîte overlooks the winery. A great stopover, just outside Chablis.

The Domaine Jolly et Fils is a vineyard located in Maligny, in the Yonne. Its owner-growers from father to son produce Chablis wines in the pure tradition of Burgundy vineyards. They propose the discovery of their domain and a tasting of their Chablis. These include the Chablis 1er cru Fourchaume, a wine that goes very well with white meat and ham à la Chablisienne. You can also taste the Chablis that goes well with fish and snails. You should not miss the Petit Chablis which can be in agreement with oysters and seafood. A great address for oenophiles!
