Juliette Varacca and her partner recently settled in Lainsecq, where they transferred their Bocoterie, previously based in Nantes. This local, responsible canning factory uses surplus produce, unsold produce from the end of markets, and damaged fruit and vegetables from small local producers. Raw products and ready-made dishes are on offer, including ratatouille and soups. Order directly from Juliette's farm, or treat yourself at one of the many local sales outlets listed on the website.
