Established in the Chablis region for three generations, Domaine de Chantemerle was founded by Adhémar and Marguerite Boudin, then taken over by their son Francis, before their granddaughters Angélique and Virginie took over. The 20.5 ha on which it extends are divided into 4 crus: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis1er cru Fourchaume, and Chablis1er cru Homme Mort. The harvests are vinified on the spot, and matured 9 months in enamelled vats. The whole offering a very nice production which has long since proven itself!

Owner's Message
Several generations of winegrowers continue to work together to produce Chablis and the Premier Cru Fourchaume with the famous plot known as the Dead Man.
The owners harvesting vineyards according to modern methods and appear in good place on the tables of the Burgundian restaurant owners with their production of which they endeavour to provide a constant quality. Tasting possible in the cellar.
