A pastry and pastry maker, Anthony Normand is located in the pretty little town of Joigny. A boutique rich in flavours that we recommend without hesitation. Many chocolates, in 14 different ranges. The specialty of the house: The beaumontois, a small bite of praline to the hazelnuts, who eat without hunger until the end! To test also, beggars and small dry furnaces, not to mention the ice creams summer. Salé, crack for the mie and the small catering area.

Généralement je ne poste jamais d avis sur internet mais la franchement les chocolats sont excellents il faut vraiment le dire, même moi qui ne suis pas forcément une fane de chocolat j ai adoré !!!! Je conseille fortement de goûter. On a reçu 2 sachets en cadeau par notre tante, ils n ont pas fait long feu, on a tous mangé dans la soirée!

Excellent pâtisserie, delicious and refined cakes. It is really a very pleasant surprise to find in Joigny this small shop which can compete without reddening famous Parisian shops. I recommend the white bread and brioche. I did not try the chocolates yet.
