3 plats signature et trois verres de vins. Terrine océanne exquise avec un Bourgogne aussi léger que parfumé. Boudin copieux, très original, purée parfaite mais un peu tiède, avec un Morey-St-Denis sérieux comme il faut. Millefeuille goûteux avec un pétillant de pays très en phase.

La cuisine est bien exécutée même si les saveurs sont connues.
On reste sur du classique donc passez votre chemin si vous cherchez de l’originalité. En revanche, tout est très bon.
