Both organic farmers on their farm in Chichery (between Auxerre and Migennes), Jean-Bernard Breuillé and his daughter Julie have just launched their own brand of 100% organic, pure-butter shortbread, made with wheat from their own fields. And with local suppliers (or at least very close to them) such as an artisan miller based in Château-Landon, Seine-et-Marne. The result is particularly fine products that can be bought directly from the farm or from the many sales outlets on their website. A real favorite.
