Wines and spirits Chevannes

Born in 1986 in the commune of Courgis (between Auxerre and Toucy), the estate gradually expanded to include the communes of Beines and Chablis. Today it offers wines of deep aromatic richness, with two levels of appellation, Chablis and Petit Chablis, and a careful selection of grapes. Not to mention traditional vinification to bring out all their freshness and minerality. Also note the excellent ratafias. Without forgetting the sale at the cellar of artisanal products such as beers or Burgundy honey.
